We can compile your accounts on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly or quarterly basis, depending on your requirements. Credit control can be offered, if required. Your documents can be delivered or posted and once your accounts have been compiled we file and store your paperwork on our premises so they are available for any government inspections, as these too are carried out on our premises, which reduces the demand on your time.

Each month/quarter or year that your VAT return is due, we finalise the figures, submit same and notify you of the amount due together with relevant payment details and reference number.

Wages can be compiled weekly/fortnightly/four weekly or monthly to suit your needs.  These details can be supplied to us via telephone or email.  The wages will be compiled by us and all relevant submissions made to HMR&C.  Payslips can be issued to you via email, post or you may collect them.  Each month we notify you of the relevant monies due together with payment details and reference number.  All P46's for new starts and P45's for leavers are dealt with by us and filed on line.  At the end of each tax year, we submit all relevant returns and issue P60's.

We offer management accounts which would normally be on a quarterly basis.  These could be for your own purposes or for a bank manager etc. to facilitate financial assistance.

We are aware that it is easy to fall behind with your paperwork as you are often tired after completing your daily work and there are not enough hours in the day.  Do not let this deter you, as we specialise in back-dated accounts.  We can bring your accounts up to date and then keep your accounts up-to-date.

Tax returns are submitted on an annual basis and all details are checked with you prior to submission.
